This private suite offers a stacked washer and dryer units, jacuzzi tub, and a fully equipped kitchen with all chef amenities! In the living areas we offer a cosy gas fireplace, flat screen HDTV, CD player, I-Pod compatible stereo system, and high speed cable internet service. Please bring your own laptop. A limited number of board games and movie DVD's are also available for post mountain relaxing time. An outdoor patio deck area is attached with views of Blackcomb Mountain. please note this is a NON-SMOKING UNIT. Our unit is in a quiet part of Village North with a variety of quality restaurants, entertainment spots, shoppes and grocery services within easy walking distance. Blackcomb and Whistler gondolas and lift services are also approximately 10 minutes away by foot, with regular local bus services outside our door. Free underground parking is adjacent to our unit. All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars and are quoted for up to two adults per night. There is a $20.00/night ouverage charge if three to four people are staying at this unit. WE DO NOT CHARGE TAXES! Reservations are not confirmed until payment has been made. Deposit of 25% is to be paid within 2 days of the reservation request and the final balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations made within a shorter time period require full payment to be made at time of booking. Cancellation policy: All payments are non-refundable except if the booking can be replaced. Refunds or portions thereof will be refunded based on the number of nights rebooked and the rebooking rate. Refunds will be subject to a 5% processing fee.
